Job Description
Provide support & supervision to all E&D jobs in a defined territory.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Make sure time sheets and absences are sent daily, entered into time and attendance and the calendar.
- Enter time for all branches in the Rental management system (RMS) for job costing purposes.
- Ensure all pay rates are continuously up-to-date in RMS.
- Manage temporary labor staffing services:
- Vet any potential new staffing vendors; ensuring each meets Associated Scaffolding's insurance and billing requirements;
- Contact staffing vendors to request temporary labor under the direction of the contract services manager.
- Send COI's and W9's when customer request copies.
- Manage the controlled insurance program (CCIP/OCIP):
- Keep the customer manual up-to-date for yearly insurance audit while ensuring Associated Scaffolding is enrolled in all programs.
- Report payroll monthly via website portal.
- Complete weekly certified payroll.
- If detailed pre-qualifications are requested, forward the request to the administrative manager.
- Complete new hire benefit orientation for contract services in the Richmond Branch.
- Under other duties or special tasks as assigned by the administrative manager.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 4-years of experience.
- Proficient in the MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong customer service skills.
Knowledge & Skills Needed:
- Diligent attention and knowledge of safety.
- Competent with basic math and accounting skills.
- The ability to multi-task and remain organized.
- Excellent English verbal communication (Spanish is a major plus)
