Job Purpose

Provide administrative help to the office/administrative manager, branch manager, salesmen and provide support to counter sales when needed.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Routinely provide courteous telephone and visitor reception as required.
  2. Restock office supply closet, ordering business cards as needed.
  3. Provide administrative support to sale's department.
    1. Responsible for processing and filing invoices, purchase orders and accompanying documents.
    2. Invoice closed jobs which may involve investigating leases and returns for missing equipment.
    3. Mail out invoices and/or tally sheets in a timely fashion.
  4. Be knowledgeable in store products in order to occasional assist the front counter with sales when counter salesman or branch manager is busy with customers or is absent; includes taking orders from customers, documenting these orders with the necessary paperwork, invoicing the customers, filing all the paperwork, and advising the Warehouse Supervisor of such orders.
  5. Enter hours for E&D in time & attendance
  6. Enter hours in spreadsheet for contract labor
  7. Undertake other duties or special tasks as assigned by the Office Administrative Manager or Branch Manager.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Positive Attitude/Ability to work as a team
  • Excellent verbal communication
  • Professional Appearance
  • Experience in customer service a plus

  • Maintain Petty cash and daily deposits
  • Reconcile & file paperwork daily
  • Constantly improve product/industry knowledge to better assist customers.

Working Conditions

  • Employee will spend periods of time sitting at a desk working on a computer.
  • Employee will spend periods of time working in the showroom while operating a cash register.
